Hi there, just a few shop FAQ as far as basic shipping and refunds.
We have a small herd of Suri alpacas in Texas and are committed to providing you with the best quality alpaca products and customer service possible. Please check each product description to find out source of fiber and how/where it was crafted.
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We use Stripe for all payment processing on this website.
Free standard shipping in the United States by USPS is included in the price. Please contact us if you need additional shipping options. For items in stock, we ship within 3 business days. If an item will take longer to ship, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel for a full refund.
Refund and Return Policy
We take every care with our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer full refunds and returns with a written refund request, product in original condition, and within 60 days of purchase. Please read the item description carefully prior to purchasing as all refunds/returns are hard financially for a small farm. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
Sales tax will be applied for orders shipped to Texas.
You may cancel your order at any time PRIOR to shipping by contacting us.
Security of your personal and financial information is of the highest concern to us. We use an SSL secure encryption on our website for basic account information.
